Abstract submissions are invited for oral and poster presentations. All abstracts must be submitted via the online submission system. The deadline for abstract submission will be on 29th February 2024. The abstract must be written in English and must not exceed one page (including figures, tables and references), according to the abstract template.

A preferred presentation method should be selected during the submission from the following options:
Oral Presentation
Poster Presentation
- The number of submitted abstracts per one submitter (presenting author) is limited to two (one oral and one poster or two posters).
- Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, who will decide the acceptance of contributions. In consideration of the amount of submitted abstracts, the Committee may reconsider the final presentation type and topic selection.
- Please have your abstract checked for correct spelling, punctuation, grammar and formal structure.
- The acceptance of the contribution will be notified via email to the presenting author by 15th 22nd March 2024
- The accepted presentations will be included into the Book of Abstracts only after full payment of the registration fee (early∗ or regular registration) by the presenting author by 30th April 2024.
