Online Registration Form and Hotel Reservation
In order to register and book your hotel fill-in the on-line form
At the end of the form you will find the list of the available accommodations.
A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference at Hotel Garibaldi and at Eolian Milazzo Hotel.
A shuttle service will be available from the Eolian Milazzo Hotel to the conference venue.

All registrations must be made through the online system (soon available)
In the case of student fee selection please provide a formal certification of inscription/attendance signed from your University. Please note that your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card (PayPal).
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions, poster sessions, exhibition area;
- Conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Welcome Reception
- Conference Dinner
How to register and book
In order to register at the conference, fill in the online form.
You can easily make online registration and booking accommodation. Once completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your code and password that you can use to check your registration status or to add, at any time, your hotel reservation.

Methods of payment
Registration fees can be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
- Credit Card (through Paypal system)
- Bank Transfer
All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.
Final Invoice
The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 30 days from the receipt of the payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Any notification of cancellation must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat at meetings@lisciotto.it
The refunds will be made after the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- until 8 April 2024: full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of € 30,00 will be deducted
- from 9 to 30 April 2024: 50 % of the registration fee
- from 1 May 2024: no refund
Name change
A handling fee of Euro 30,00 will be charged for each name change. Name changes must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat at meetings@lisciotto.it
The Secretariat reserves the right to decline the change.
